How to wear
\nRudraksha mala can be worn around the neck or used during meditation. It can be tied with cotton or silk thread or worn on a metal chain, such as silver, copper or gold.<\/p>\n

Maintenance
\nIn order to preserve the natural quality of the rudraksha, special maintenance is recommended every six months:
\nSoak the rudraksha in clarified ghee for 24 hours
\nAfter that, without rinsing, soak it in whole milk for an additional 24 hours.
\nWhen finished, gently wipe and leave to dry naturally.
\nAvoid prolonged exposure to water, chemicals and perfumes beyond the recommended maintenance procedure.<\/p>\n
