The Panchamukhi Rudraksha mala consists of five-faced natural Rudraksha beads, traditionally used in yogic and meditative practices. This type of Rudraksha is believed to support physical and mental balance, and contribute to stability and focus.
The mala is suitable for everyday wear or use during meditation. It does not require special rituals or strict rules, making it suitable for anyone who wants a simple but meaningful spiritual object.

How to wear
Rudraksha mala can be worn around the neck or used during meditation. It can be tied with cotton or silk thread or worn on a metal chain, such as silver, copper or gold.
Maintenance
In order to preserve the natural quality of the rudraksha, special maintenance is recommended every six months:
Soak the rudraksha in clarified ghee for 24 hours
After that, without rinsing, soak it in whole milk for an additional 24 hours.
When finished, gently wipe and leave to dry naturally.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, chemicals and perfumes beyond the recommended maintenance procedure.
